At Autumn Nature Made, we take immense pride in crafting premium creative wellness experiences, signature head planter workshops, and digital sanctuary resources for our community. We are dedicated to providing clear, transparent, and fair policies for all of our members and event attendees.
Refund Policy - the basics
Workshop Registrations: Because our boutique workshops require meticulous preparation, advanced material sourcing, and have strictly limited seating, all workshop ticket sales and reservation fees are final and non-refundable. If an unexpected conflict arises and you are unable to attend your scheduled in-person event, you may transfer your seat to a friend by notifying us via email at least 48 hours prior to the workshop start time.
What to include in the Refund Policy
Membership Plans: Subscriptions to the On-Demand Sanctuary or In-Person Collective are billed automatically on your chosen recurring monthly or annual billing cycle. You may easily cancel your active membership at any time directly through your member account settings to prevent future recurring charges. Autumn Nature Made does not issue partial refunds, pro-rated credits, or returns for any remaining days in a billing cycle once a payment has been successfully processed.
